Well…I have learned much since I stared with this niche in my coaching business over 2 years ago.
I have evolved as a coach over the past 10 years and I will continue to do so.
Firstly, I have found that although menopause is a defining time in a woman’s life, it is SO MUCH more than just menopause.
It’s combined with the life that we live as 21st century women. We are busier and more stressed than ever before. We are mothers, wives, and partners, and have busy work lives, home loves and community lives.
When menopause hits… it is like a continuation of the craziness and the straw that breaks the camel’s back rather than the prime reason of our stress and confusion.

I have also found that many women don’t realise that they are going through menopause, especially at the beginning when in peri-menopause. It’s not until the menstrual cycle completely stops that most women realise it.
This is what happened to me.
I looked young for my age, I had always been fit and healthy. I was a gym junkie and my diet was good. I was single from the age of 29 until 44 and childless by choice. I was under the illusion that menopause was not really going to affect me. I thought that one day, my cycle would just stop at a ripe old age. Viola! No big deal!
NO… it didn’t happen like that for me.
I was highly stressed when I approached menopause due to the fact that I worked long hours and had a fast and furious life. Busy busy busy!!

By the time I realised menopause was upon me, I’d been suffering for years from insomnia, forgetfulness, confusion, fogginess, anxiety and low-grade depression.
It wasn’t just menopause … it was a combination of the crazy busy life I was leading and not really nurturing myself properly – even though I thought I was at the time.
So… I burned out!
I had to make some serious changes. SERIOUS changes!
Changes from the inside out. Changing who I was or who I thought I was. Becoming who I am today and this looks very different to a few years ago… thankfully!
And this is the key!
You CAN do this. It’s as simple starting from where you are right now.
So, from confusion to mojo is what I did for myself and I can help other women do it too.
I don’t want to see other women suffer the way I did. It is not necessary. With the right help, women can design their life the way they want so as to go from confusion to mojo… living in peace and harmony, no matter what is happening in their lives.
